Dana has lived in the PNW her entire life and has lived in Gig Harbor for over a decade. She is married to Chandler, and they have a daughter. She has a background in banking, bookkeeping, executive support, and client management. Dana excels at customer service and operates as the financial and operations manager of our company.

Kelsey is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Gig Harbor & graduated from the University of Washington. She supports tenants & owners to ensure they receive the best service possible. As part of the property management team, she works with marketing & leasing our properties to qualified tenants and managing vendors. Kelsey and Phil enjoy the mountains, boating and exploring the PNW with their three kids.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Western Washington University and brings nearly 20 years of banking, finance and business experience to the team. Chandler is active in owner communications and helping develop new business and partnerships.

He serves as our Designated Broker and is an active Real Estate Broker at Mondau Real Estate with 8+ years of real estate experience along with over 10 years in previous account management. Phil works closely with owners, tenants & vendors to help create a positive experience for all involved.
